NCGA Zone Championship Qualifier

Here’s another great opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition while taking advantage of one of the best benefits of belonging to an NCGA club.

It’s time to qualify for the NCGA Zone Championship, scheduled for Friday, May 8. This is a fantastic chance to compete in a 36-hole event at Poppy Hills and Old Del Monte—at no additional charge including a stipend for lodging, paid for by YOUR golf club!

Qualifier Details:
Format: 18-hole qualifier
Advancement: The three lowest net scores will join our current club champion, Rayan Acton, to represent MVGC
Championship Dates: June 8–9 (please ensure you’re available to play in Monterey on these dates)

Tee Times (May 8):
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (based on field size)
Entry Fee:
$40 plus applicable green fees
(This covers all championship golf for our four-man team—one of the many perks of our club!)

Format:
18 holes of stroke play
Any ties for qualifying spots will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following score posting
Registration:
Opens: April 22
Closes: Tuesday, May 5 at 10:00 AM
