DESCRIPTION:Here’s another great opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition while taking advantage of one of the best benefits of belonging to an NCGA club. \nIt’s time to qualify for the NCGA Zone Championship\, scheduled for Friday\, May 8. This is a fantastic chance to compete in a 36-hole event at Poppy Hills and Old Del Monte—at no additional charge including a stipend for lodging\, paid for by YOUR golf club! \nQualifier Details:\nFormat: 18-hole qualifier\nAdvancement: The three lowest net scores will join our current club champion\, Rayan Acton\, to represent MVGC\nChampionship Dates: June 8–9 (please ensure you’re available to play in Monterey on these dates) \nTee Times (May 8):\n8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (based on field size)\nEntry Fee:\n$40 plus applicable green fees\n(This covers all championship golf for our four-man team—one of the many perks of our club!) \nFormat:\n18 holes of stroke play\nAny ties for qualifying spots will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following score posting\nRegistration:\nOpens: April 22\nCloses: Tuesday\, May 5 at 10:00 AM \nWe hope many of you will take advantage of this opportunity.
